  1. 3-4 grams or 2 teaspoons of T-Medley’s Haldi Chai blend
  2. 250 ml (8 oz) of water
  3. Optional: honey or a lemon slice for enhanced flavor

Instructions:                       

  • Begin by bringing 250 ml (8 oz) of water to a gentle boil.
  • Place 3-4 grams or 2 teaspoons of T-Medley’s Haldi Chai blend in a tea infuser or directly in your cup.
  • Pour the hot water over the chai blend, allowing it to steep for approximately 5-7 minutes. This infusion time allows the flavors and wellness benefits to meld into the water.
  • Once it has steeped to your preferred strength, remove the infuser or strain the blend. If desired, you can add a drizzle of honey or a squeeze of lemon for an extra layer of flavor.
